Accessible, unhurried movement for all levels. A great starting point and a deeply satisfying practice on its own.

Power

Dynamic, music-infused flow that builds real strength and gets your heart moving. All levels welcome.

Yin

Long, restorative holds that release deep tension. The practice that makes everything else possible.

Before You Come

What to know

  • Bring a mat

    A yoga mat is helpful but not required — a towel or blanket works just fine on grass.

  • Dress for the weather

    Classes are held outdoors. Check the forecast and layer up on cool mornings.

  • Arrive a few minutes early

    Give yourself time to find the meeting spot and settle in before we begin.

  • All levels welcome

    Every class offers modifications. Whether it's your first time or your thousandth, you belong here.

  • No registration needed

    Just show up. No sign-up, no reservation — come as you are.
